Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Team Leader to manage our centralised Claims Department based in the Adelaide CBD.

In this leadership role, you will drive our claims performance nationally, ensuring all deadlines are met, compliance standards are upheld, and our team delivers at the highest level.

Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the claims team to achieve national performance targets
  • Oversee claims processes and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Monitor, report, and manage claims performance across the business
  • Ensure all legislative and contractual requirements are adhered to
  • Handle high volumes of data entry with accuracy
  • Conduct outbound calls to employers as required
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management
In this role, you will
  • Manage staff performance and daily tasks
  • Be the technical expert in claims management nationally
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
  • Build strong relationships and foster collaboration across departments
About You
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to build rapport with employers and stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Employment Services experience will be highly regarded
