Join a team of skilled Remuneration & Benefits professionals who like to work in a cohesive way and have some fun along the way. This opportunity is for eight months to cover one of our team members going on parental leave.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst working for Kmart you will:

- Complete job evaluations using your previous experience with Hay or Mercer
- Undertake various salary survey submissions
- Support the cyclical activities, including the remuneration review and bonus calculation processes across National Office, Stores and Distribution Centres
- Be responsible for position management including workflow approvals and maintenance of the organisational structure in Success Factors
- Support benefits management for the organisation

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Three to five years’ experience working as a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills that will enable you to manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience using Success Factors or another HRIS
