We are looking for an experienced person who gives importance to food safety and cleanliness of food manufacturing companies to join the team. With a focus on client relationships, we are looking for a go getter who thrives in business development within the food services industry.
You must have a passion for building sales opportunities for our Company. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders is a must.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, your focus will be to grow the Company.
    Some of the main duties will include:

  • Business development and client engagement

  • Develop strategies for business growth

  • Client proposals, as well as using a CRM

  • Constructing a healthy sales pipeline by increasing customer engagement and building relationships

  • Account management for client opportunities

  • Facilitating client meetings (both via Zoom and face to face)

  • Developing new business strategies to onboard new clients

  • Providing a specialist service with a view to resolving customers hygiene & sanitation needs

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Proven experience in B2B Business Development

  • Sound Business Acumen with high attention to detail

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

  • Exceptional Customer Service experience

  • Results driven with proven strategies business growth to meet and exceed KPI's and targets

  • Time management and strong planning skills

  • Full drivers' license (car)
