Senior Finance Administrator – NBN Field Module

Ventia is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Finance Administrator to join our NBN Field Module team. This role plays a key part in validating technician claim submissions and supporting financial operations across a nationally significant telecommunications contract.

About the role

You’ll oversee the Claims Verification Team, manage dispute resolution, and partner with commercial stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and positive client relationships. Additionally, you’ll:

- Coordinate and report on technician claim validations via artefact verification

- Oversee communications with technicians regarding non-compliant or incomplete claims

- Manage dispute resolution processes in line with internal KPIs

- Partner with commercial and project teams to resolve escalations and optimise cashflow

- Conduct post-claim investigations and provide insights to leadership

What we’re looking for

- Proficiency in Power BI, and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)

- Strong understanding of Schedule of Rates, Method of Measurements, and technical aspects of field work

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to lead conversations across finance, operations, and subcontractor teams

- Highly organised, analytical, and confident in managing competing priorities
