About the role

We're on the hunt for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Rosebery kitchen team. You'll be hands-on in your section, working alongside a crew who care about flavour, seasonality, and doing things the right way. From prepping beautiful produce to plating up dishes you're proud of, you'll play a key role in delivering the kind of food experience that keeps people coming back.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience in a CDP or similar role
  • Solid technical skills and a great eye for detail
  • A love for fresh, seasonal produce and sustainable cooking
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
