The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Channels, this newly created role will be fundamental in delivering on this ambitious growth and business transformation agenda.
Accountable for developing and managing strategic alliances that amplify B2B2C growth, the successful candidate will build and engage a high-performance team of 60 + people to define and execute partnership strategy, activation and operations across a diverse portfolio including corporate, government and community stakeholders.

Essential capabilities to ensure impact Include:
- Strategic Thinking: Outstanding ability to develop and execute partnership strategies and execution aligned with organisational goals including establishing a vision and direction for team and program
- B2BC Partnerships & Growth: Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth outcomes across B2B2B portfolios leveraging strategic partnerships, growth marketing and operational deliver excellence.
- Operational Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams of 20+ people, fostering collaboration, delivery excellence and clarity of purpose aligned to growth objectives.
- Negotiation and influencing skills: Ability to navigate complex discussions with confidence, building consensus and securing mutually beneficial outcomes through persuasive communication and strategic relationship management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Expertise in building and maintaining strong, collaborative internal and external relationships with diverse enterprise organisations and stakeholders up to executive level.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and negotiate commercial agreements and presenting vision at executive level.
Desired capabilities that will help you hit the ground running:
- Experience leading B2B2C partnerships and portfolio growth and integrated marketing campaigns and activations within enterprise commercial environments;
- Leadership of sizeable strategy and operations teams within marketing and growth environments;
- Experience enabling partnership operations through effective delivery, new ways of working and digital adoption, including AI capability uplift;
- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify new and diverse opportunities.
