This isn't just another senior consultant role. This is a unique opportunity to be the
foundational pillar of our Microsoft capability
, with a direct pathway to becoming our
Practice Lead
. You will shape our strategy, mentor our team, and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our government and enterprise clients.
What You'll Do
As our Microsoft Principal Consultant, you will be our go-to expert for the Microsoft modern data stack. Your role will be hands-on and strategic, focusing on:
- Solution Architecture:
Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated solutions across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI. - Technical Leadership:
Act as the senior technical authority on projects, guiding clients and mentoring junior consultants. - Pre-Sales & Strategy:
Work with our leadership team to define our Microsoft go-to-market strategy and assist in crafting winning proposals. - Practice Building:
Help us recruit, develop talent, and establish the processes to build a high-performing Microsoft practice.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a seasoned consultant with a passion for technology and a desire to lead.
- Deep Technical Expertise:
Proven, hands-on experience across the Microsoft data ecosystem, especially
Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI. - Consulting Mindset:
Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. - Leadership Potential:
A natural desire to mentor others and the ambition to step into a formal practice leadership role. - Problem-Solving Skills:
The ability to tackle complex integration and data challenges for major government and enterprise clients.
