Our Presales team is expanding, and we are currently seeking a Network and Security Presales Architect to join our team. The role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on complex enterprise solution designs across secure networking, cloud integration, and modern infrastructure platforms.

Key Responsibilities


• Engage with customers to understand business outcomes and translate them into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures.


• Develop high-quality design documentation, proposals, and statements of work for network, security, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.


• Design enterprise architectures supporting segmentation, secure access, visibility, and Zero Trust principles.


• Support the sales team by qualifying opportunities and creating technical and commercial solution strategies.


• Present and demonstrate solutions to customers through workshops, whiteboard sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements.


• Collaborate with internal engineering, delivery, and managed services teams to ensure solution integrity through all phases of engagement.


• Stay current with emerging technologies across networking, security, and cloud ecosystems, and contribute to internal enablement initiatives.

Requirements for the Role


• Minimum 7 years' experience in presales, solution architecture, or senior engineering within enterprise networking or cybersecurity.


• Proven experience designing and documenting enterprise-grade network and security architectures.


• Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, identity and access control, and network segmentation.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.


• Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience in networking or security disciplines highly regarded (Cisco CCIE)


• Must be authorised to work full time in Australia.
