The Role
As an Assistant Care Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our coordination team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. This is a career-building opportunity for someone who thrives in structured systems, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to learn the full scope of NDIS compliance and service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Support client onboarding, documentation, and risk assessments.
- Review and update care plans and progress notes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with triaging incident reports and preparing summaries for senior coordinators.
- Communicate with clients, families, and support workers to ensure service satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with NDIS documentation and reporting standards.
- Learn from senior Care Coordinators, developing your skills toward future progression.
About You
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Confident communicator with a keen eye for detail.
- Experienced in admin, coordination, or disability service environments.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ready to learn, grow, and take initiative.
