Creative Content & Marketing Coordinator

We are a busy and expanding design studio and manufacturing workshop seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and friendly content creator, writer, and marketing coordinator to join our team. You will take on the primary marketing role, collaborating with the business owner and our friendly small team. Ideally you have strong graphic design skills alongside your marketing experience. We're looking for someone experienced to develop content for a variety of channels including digital ads (Meta, Google), social media content creation, blogs and EDMs. The ideal candidate will be an organised multitasker with experience in a range of marketing areas but also a willingness to learn, think creatively and confidently. This role is permanent part-time (3-4 days) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Key Requirements:

  • To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or coordination role (junior to mid-level).
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, In Design).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a small team with big goals.
  • Degree or Diploma level qualification in Marketing would be beneficial.
  • Experience with email marketing programs (Klaviyo) and social media channels would be helpful.
  • Able to work independently and proactively as well as able to take direction within a team.
  • Ability to consistently create and output high-quality content.
