Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an energetic and motivated **Restaurant Manager** to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our fast food store.

What You'll Do:

* Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service.

* Manage staff scheduling, hiring, and performance.

* Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

* Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.

* Drive sales and meet store performance targets.

* Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.

**What We're Looking For:**

* Previous experience in a supervisory/management role, ideally in fast food or hospitality.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

* A positive, hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset.

* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
