Join one of Australia's premier private members' clubs located in Rose Bay with breathtaking 180° views across our new 'Bay Course' and gardens, we offer a dynamic work environment that combines world-class hospitality with sporting excellence.

The Role:

An exciting new opportunity for a passionate experienced Barista to bring speciality coffee excellence to our Fitness Centre Café. Reporting to the Café Manager you will be responsible for providing a warm professional service to our members and guests who consider the Club their 'home away from home', maintaining 5 Star standards at all times.

This is a full-time role with availability required to work Wednesdays to Sundays 7:00am-3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-volume specialty coffee (up to 6kg beans daily)
  • Daily maintenance and operation of coffee machines aligned with Club standards
  • Provide warm and professional service to members and guests
  • Support management in training staff with coffee in line with Club standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised service area at all times
  • Process POS transactions

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' Head Barista experience
  • Expertise in specialty coffee and latte art
  • High level experience using commercial coffee machines & grinders with an understanding of dose, extraction times and adjusting/dialling in a grinder
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
  • NSW RSA Certificate
  • Working rights in Australia
