We are a bustling, popular café located in Rose Bay/Bellevue Hill.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and amazing head barista with exceptional coffee making skills, and customer service. Professional and reliable, with proven leadership qualities. Must be a team leader, with a positive can do attitude and a friendly personality.

Ideally you:
Must be experienced with excellent coffee making ability & equipment knowledge
Have exceptional customer service & positive attitude
Be hands on team leader with ability to manage and train team members
Ensure all café areas are clean and tidy
Hands on role to support the team as needed
Ability to perform under pressure and problem solving abilities
Professional and reliable

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rose Bay, NSW 2029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
