Location: Batemans Bay, Australia

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Preparing and making coffee using a range of equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Handling payments and cash register operations
- Following health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Participating in training programs and continuous learning opportunities
- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen tasks when required

**Requirements**:

- Must be under the age of 20
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for coffee and hospitality industry
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
- Immediate availability for joining

Education & Experience:

- No formal education or experience required
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is desirable but not essential
- Paid training will be provided

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
