We are seeking experienced Shotfirers for ongoing opportunities at open pit mine sites in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. These roles offer long-term stability, with an immediate start and FIFO from Perth.

About the role:

  • $64 - $74 per hour based on experience.
  • 2/1 roster.
  • 12-hour days.
  • FIFO from Perth, WA.
  • Goldfields region of WA.
  • Immediate start.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Ongoing position - temp to perm.

To be successful you will need:

  • Open pit and hard rock blasting experience.
  • Minimum 12 months mining experience.
  • Must have current WA Shot Firer licence.
  • Must have current Dangerous Goods Security Card.
  • Current driver's licence - HR preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical.
  • The ability to tie in a shot without design.
  • Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
