The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer with proficiency in Learning Management Systems. We are an Organisational Development team with a broad scope.
- We service our organisation by providing learning and development on broad organisational topics.
- We deliver a range of projects that support and drive the organisation's culture and capability to be more inclusive, professional & future proof.
As an OD Administration Officer you will provide support to your team, collaborate on how best to deliver the above services and projects and ensure the smooth running of our Learning Management System (Workday) so our customers (the entire organisation) have a positive experience and value their engagement to learning.
Reporting to the OD Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the effective functioning of the OD team through the provision of administrative support.
About youTo be successful in this role, you'll possess exceptional administration and communication skills, the ability to build rapport easily with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business, have a genuine interest in learning and development and the ability to work within a busy environment. A minimum 12 months' experience with an eLearning system is essential.
You are highly organised with great time management and strong attention to detail. You have a pro-active and positive approach to your work and are a great team player.
