About Us:

We're a popular local kebab shop known for great food, fast service, and friendly vibes. Our menu includes fresh kebabs, HSPs, and a hot bar featuring delicious dough-based items like pizza, pide, and gözleme. We're looking for a reliable and skilled person to prepare our hot bar each morning before service begins.

About the Role:

We're seeking a Morning Prep Cook to handle daily food preparation for our hot bar. Your main duties will include:

  • Preparing and cooking dough products such as pizza, pide, and gözleme
  • Setting up and maintaining the hot bar for the day
  • Ensuring food quality, freshness, and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and organised prep area
  • Assisting with general kitchen duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in food preparation, particularly with dough products (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE).
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Food handling knowledge and good hygiene practices
  • Availability for morning shifts (typically between 7 AM – 12 PM)
