About the Role:
As Assistant Manager, you will be hands-on with a primary focus on leading and motivating the crew to craft unforgettable experiences for our guests. From working behind the bar making cocktails or barista coffee, to guiding our guests through fun activities, this role is packed with variety and excitement. Other responsibilities include training staff, maintenance and upkeep of the venue and coordinating functions.

Flexible full-time rosterAn average of 40 hours per week (no split shifts), structured around our trading hours and your availability. A typical roster will include 2 consecutive days off. Working hours are highly flexible, and rosters can be tailored to suit personal and social commitments. Our people are what make us unique – and we understand the importance of work-life balance
Our trading hours:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: 2pm to 9pm
- Wednesday: 2pm to 9pm
- Thursday: 2pm to 9pm
- Friday: 2pm to 10pm
- Saturday: 10am to 10pm
- Sunday: 10am to 9pm
We are open every day from 10am for School Holidays
About You:

- Ready to take responsibility and lead by example,
- Able to thrive in an established business, consistently using clear operating procedures and existing structures to uphold quality control,

Must haves:
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a similar role,
- Approved Manager's ticket or willingness to obtain one,
- A track record of following procedures to maintain consistency and standards,
- Working with children certificate or willingness to obtain one,
- Have a current driver's license and regular access to a vehicle (public transport to the venue can be unreliable).
