Job Opportunity: Assistant Centre Manager at Stride Early Learning

Due to recent leadership growth and changes within the company, we now have some exciting new opportunities available. Stride Early Learning Ashby and Coolbellup is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Centre Manager to join our dynamic team As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for children and staff while supporting the Centre Manager in the day-to-day management of the centre and step into a Centre manager role when needed

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, educational and FUN environment for children and your co-workers


• Support the Centre Manager in administrative tasks, staffing, rostering and family enquires.


• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and the community.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• Experience in early childhood education and leadership.


• Xplor and Playground software experience desirable but not essential


• A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.


• Strong organisational and communication skills.


• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or similar)
