About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and welding metal components to precise specifications. You'll work from technical drawings to fabricate high-quality parts and structures for a variety of industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications to determine project requirements
  • Select, prepare, and clean metal stock for fabrication and welding
  • Cut metal sections and shapes using hand tools, cutting torches, and machinery
  • Shape and bend metal parts or pipes using tools, machines, or heat-based techniques
  • Align and assemble components accurately using measuring instruments and hand tools
  • Join metal parts using welding (MIG, TIG, Arc), bolting, or riveting methods
  • Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
  • Smooth and clean welds using filing, grinding, or chiseling
  • Weld inspection ( checking bead width, penetration, and precision)
  • Apply finishing processes such as polishing and chemical cleaning to complete the final product

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience as a welder or metal fabricator
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficient with welding equipment, cutting torches, and fabrication tools
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety guidelines
