About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Clinic Coordinator to manage the day-to-day front desk and administrative operations of our busy clinic. This full-time role is integral to ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every client while supporting the clinical team in delivering outstanding care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient bookings, appointments, and enquiries with efficiency and warmth
  • Manage administrative tasks including maintaining patient records, stock ordering, and payment processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients
  • Support clinical staff with operational needs and assist with minor clinical duties as required
  • Ensure clinic policies and procedures are maintained to uphold the highest standards
  • Foster a professional, welcoming, and organised clinic environment

About You

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in a clinic coordinator, receptionist, or medical admin role (ideally in the aesthetics or healthcare industry)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • Interest or background in aesthetics, skincare or beauty is desirable
