About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Clinic Coordinator to manage the day-to-day front desk and administrative operations of our busy clinic. This full-time role is integral to ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every client while supporting the clinical team in delivering outstanding care.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your attention to detail, communication skills, and professionalism will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient bookings, appointments, and enquiries with efficiency and warmth
- Manage administrative tasks including maintaining patient records, stock ordering, and payment processing
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients
- Support clinical staff with operational needs and assist with minor clinical duties as required
- Ensure clinic policies and procedures are maintained to uphold the highest standards
- Foster a professional, welcoming, and organised clinic environment
About You
You will bring a calm, confident presence and thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment. You take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and colleagues.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a clinic coordinator, receptionist, or medical admin role (ideally in the aesthetics or healthcare industry)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional presentation and a client-focused approach
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Interest or background in aesthetics, skincare or beauty is desirable
