We require a minimum of 1-2 years of proven bookkeeping experience for this position.

**The Role**:
As our part-time bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in keeping our finances running smoothly. You’ll work closely with management to ensure compliance with reporting and tax requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- BAS preparation and lodgement
- Financial reporting and data entry
- Liaising with our accountant as needed
- Answering the phones and assisting the administration team when necessary

**About You**:

- Proven bookkeeping experience (Xero proficiency preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Familiarity with Australian tax regulations
- A proactive attitude and good communication skills
- Australian work rights are required for this position

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Hendra, Brisbane
- **Hours**: Part-time (approx. 15-20 hours, 2-3 days per week - **flexible**)
- **Rate**: Competitive, based on experience
