We're a busy Electrical Contracting business in Brisbane looking for a reliable Bookkeeper / Office All-Rounder to help keep things running smoothly in the office. This isn't a remote role – we need someone in-house who can handle the books and pitch in with admin when needed.
What you'll be doing:
- Keeping our accounts up to date and reconciled
- Sending out invoices and following up payments
- Paying bills and managing supplier accounts
- Running payroll and super for the team
- Helping out with day-to-day office admin tasks
What we're looking for:
- Solid bookkeeping experience (trade or small business background a big plus)
- Confident using Xero (must-have) and familiar with QuickBooks
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Someone organised, dependable and happy to take ownership of the role
- A clear communicator who can deal with suppliers and staff without fuss
