We currently have an exciting opportunity for an admin superstar to take their career to the next level. If you have 4-5 years of administration experience in a role where you also supervised/mentored a small team, fantastic time management skills, are multi-tasker with high level attention to detail and are able to work as part of a team and independently – this is the opportunity for you

The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Providing a comprehensive range of high level administrative services to the Liveable Communities Directorate;
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of business support staff;
  • Acting as the Executive Assistant as required.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

  • NSW Drivers Licence
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Significant demonstrated experience in high level administration roles;
  • Highly developed time management skills;
  • Experience in the supervision, mentoring and motivation of staff;
  • Working With Children's Check (or willingness to undergo)

Salary range: Grade 11 - $70, $76, per week plus superannuation for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.
