One Flash Electrical is a locally owner and reputable electrical contracting business specializing in Energy Efficiency, Electrical, Solar, Air Conditioning and Level 2 services. We're known for quality work, great customer care and a positive team culture.

We're looking for a Service Coordinator/Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and support our growing team.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

You'll be a friendly, organized person who keeps everything moving smoothly.

Your day will include:

-      Coordinating and scheduling jobs for our technicians

-      Answering calls and responding to client enquiries

-      Maintaining job management systems

-      Processing invoices and supplier orders

-      Supporting our technicians to do what they do best

This role can be either full time or part-time (flexible hours) for the right person

ABOUT YOU:

You're positive, reliable and take pride in your work.

You'll bring:

-      Experience in service coordination or office management (trade experience is a plus)

-      Great communication and customer service skills

-      Ability to prioritize and stay organized

-      Confidence with Job Management and Invoicing Systems

-      A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
