At Fusion, we are a global concept-to-countertop marketing agency delivering creative solutions across store merchandising, packaging, print campaigns, brand activations, store builds, and curated marketing services. We work with industries spanning fashion, active, sports events, FMCG, retail, and government bringing bold ideas to life.

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team 3 days per week (with the potential to step into a full-time role). This is a hands-on opportunity to build your marketing career under the direct mentorship of our COO, with exposure to a wide variety of industries and brands.

What you'll do:

  • Be out-and-about at our activation sites capturing and creating content across brand activations, events, and store builds, and behind the scenes of our work.
  • Write blogs, articles, and case studies that showcase our work.
  • Build client pitch decks and presentations in Canva.
  • Manage and create content for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok).
  • Keep our website updated with fresh and engaging content.
  • Organise and oversee our asset library to ensure content is new and updated.

What we are looking for:

  • A genuine passion for retail and marketing.
  • Hands-on and proactive, with a strong ability to create content on-site at activations and events.
  • Very well-versed in content creation, storytelling, and digital platforms.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Confidence with tools like Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and digital trends.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Photography, videography, or editing skills are a bonus.
