About the Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic and people focused leader to coordinate our Rating Services team in a high-growth, community focused environment. This is a unique opportunity to deliver Council's rating strategy, ensuring efficient revenue services and exceptional customer experience. If

You will make impact by

• Leading and coaching a high-performing team to deliver customer-centred rating services.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of Council's rating strategy and annual rating process.
• Managing property valuations, supplementary rates, and compliance with legislative requirements.
• Driving continuous improvement in rating systems, processes, and service delivery.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure accurate, timely, and effective revenue operations.

What you will bring

• Proven experience in rating services, revenue management, or local government finance.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on performance and culture.
• Sound knowledge of rating legislation, property valuation processes, and financial procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage complex data systems and ensure data integrity.
• Experience in budget preparation, modelling, and financial reporting.
