The Opportunity:
Working closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams, you'll ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to specification. From allocating resources and tracking progress, to resolving scheduling conflicts and maintaining compliance, this role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and takes pride in delivering service excellence that keeps our operations moving.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations professionally
- Proficiency with scheduling or service management software (Pronto experience highly regarded)
- A customer-first, solutions-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry
- Knowledge of WHS and quality standards, particularly when coordinating field staff
It would be highly regarded for the you to have:
- Computer literacy with CRM or scheduling platforms (e.g. ELMO, Salesforce, ServiceM8)
- Additional understanding of WHS practices specific to field service work
- Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment such as construction, facilities, trades, or manufacturing
