Tasks
  • Conduct professional conversations with individuals exploring leadership and personal development education.
  • Utilise established digital marketing tools and structured systems to attract and qualify aligned candidates.
  • Guide qualified individuals through a clear onboarding and education pathway.
  • Maintain accurate communication records, follow-up practices, and consistent engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing self-education and leadership development to strengthen your own progression.
Requirements
  • Background in Learning & Development, HR, Training, Education, Talent, or Leadership highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to work self-directed, manage priorities, and follow structured processes effectively.
  • Genuine interest in personal development, mindset, and leadership education.
  • Results-focused outlook with the ability to work toward measurable outcomes.
