About the Role
As the Advisor for Emerging Talent, you will help design, deliver, and evaluate programs such as internships and graduate initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining emerging professionals. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver talent initiatives, promote career opportunities, and coordinate events.
If you are a collaborative, proactive thinker with a passion for nurturing emerging talent, this is your opportunity to make a difference. You will contribute to high-impact projects such as the NSW Government Graduate Program, which aims to build workforce capability and diversity.
You will join our Workforce Planning branch in the People and Workforce group.

We're looking for:
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within timeframes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skills in managing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to use data analytics and research to support and achieve deliverables.
- Content Creation: Capable of creating engaging and targeted content for various platforms, including digital and social media.
- Event Management: Capable of planning, coordinating and delivering events, and supporting campaigns and workshops.
- Innovation & Improvement: A mindset for continuous improvement, research, and program evaluation to achieve better outcomes.
