Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager – Aged Care, located in Wyong, NSW. The Manager – Aged Care will oversee the daily operations of aged care services, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide leadership to the care team. Responsibilities include developing care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing staff schedules, and ensuring the highest quality of care. The role demands a commitment to enhancing the well-being and independence of our senior clients.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of aged care regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in developing care plans and coordinating with healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Home Care Packages and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
