I'm currently seeking a Residential Care Manager, with Clinical experience, for an Aged Care Facility in the Central Coast, NSW region.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading Aged Care provider in a highly rewarding role, whilst maintaining your work / life balance with Monday - Friday work hours.

**Role requirements;**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Management position within Aged Care
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation process
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High level leadership capabilities
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
