**Sublime Care is on the lookout for experienced Disability Support Workers to join the team for our Woongarrah SIL**
- Casual roles starting at $39.26 per hour with part-time conversion available
- Support Participants with varying needs in supported independent accommodation

**About the Role**

Your duties will include domestic support, meal preparation, personal care, support to build life skills, and access to community.

**You Will Have**
- Prior experience in Disability or Aged Care support and/or
- Lived experience as a carer for a family member/friend and/or
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or studying)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Drivers Licence
- Reliable car with comprehensive insurance
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends and overnights may be required)
