As a full-time Boilermaker Fabricator at Boneyard Fabrications, you'll play a vital role in being part of the team that ensures projects are run smoothly and efficiently both on site and in the workshop

What you'll be doing

  • Carry out hands-on fabrication and welding tasks to the highest standards using a range of specialised equipment
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide the fabrication process
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise, implementing effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety procedures and quality control measures
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to more junior team members
  • Liase with clients to complete the projects to the highest standards they expect

What we're looking for

  • Formal trade qualification as a Boilermaker or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in metal fabrication, welding and assembly techniques MIG , TIG and STICK
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Sound understanding of interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and effective communication skills
