AS A MARKETING EVENTS SPECIALIST

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing events across the group, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, suppliers, and run sheets, with support from marketing administrators.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Assist in the production and coordination of marketing content, following direction from the manager and collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Oversee event communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and post-event follow-up, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
  • Track and report on event outcomes, capturing feedback and performance data to inform future planning.

*Essential*

  • Experience coordinating and delivering marketing events, including logistics, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to support content production, including briefing and coordinating assets under manager guidance.
  • Skilled in managing event communications and ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and supported by marketing administrators.
  • Proficient in using event and marketing tools (e.g. email platforms, project management systems, CRM).
