What You'll Be Doing

· Chasing leaks like a pro

· Flashing installs that actually fit (imagine that)

· New roofs, maintenance, the whole lot

· Ordering your own materials like the pro you are

· Keeping things safe and above standard

· Chatting to clients like a legend, not a grump

· Helping keep the paperwork side of things ticking along

Who You Are:

· You've got 5+ years' experience and know your way around a roof

· You've led a team and didn't lose your mind

· Metal roofing is your jam – all types, all styles

· Neat, polite, and sharp with your tools and your words

· You can problem-solve like a mathematician and be highly organised

· You don't wait for instructions – you take initiative

· You actually give a damn about doing things properly

· You're a team player with a good attitude (no egos here, thanks)
