Position: Roofers and Roof Labourers

Job Summary: We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Roofers and Roof Labourers to join our team. As a roofing professional with 3+ years of experience, you will be responsible for the installation of new roofing and guttering systems. Your ability to tackle challenges and solve problems confidently will be essential in delivering high-quality roofing services to our valued clients.

We cover all residential and commercial roofing, including metal and tiled roofs. If you have experience with either, we want to hear from you

Key Duties:

- Work as part of a team in the installation of new and replacement of existing roofs and gutters.
- Diagnose roof leaks and troubleshoot roof and gutter issues for our clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.

Personal Qualifications:

- Well presented and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Strong team player, capable of working collaboratively and supporting fellow team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work hard and contribute to the success of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the roofing trade.
- Competency in the installation of new roofing and guttering.
- Ability to handle challenging situations and provide effective solutions.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Own reliable vehicle capable of carrying a ladder and necessary tools.
- Possess a comprehensive set of tools for roofing tasks.
- Valid driver's license.
