We're looking for a Head of Product to lead and grow our Loyalty division. The Head of Product will be responsible for defining and executing technical product strategy, overseeing implementation, and leading product support operations for a flagship customer loyalty initiative within Flight Centre Travel Group's Global Leisure division.
Day to day:
- Develop and lead the technical product strategy for loyalty, aligning it with broader business objectives to deliver products that meet customer needs and enhance loyalty program engagement
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring that solutions are reliable, scalable, and focused on delivering maximum customer value
- Work closely with other product teams and stakeholders across the Global Leisure technology ecosystem to drive alignment, support integration efforts, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Utilise Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to set, measure, and achieve impactful goals, creating a results-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and customer value
- Act as a key decision-maker and advocate for product solutions, leveraging your expertise to inform business strategy, facilitate delivery, and inspire your team to deliver world-class software products
- Keep up-to-date with technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices
- Build strong rapport and collaborative relationships across teams and departments
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
- A minimum of 7 years in IT, delivering reliable, high-quality, and performant business solutions
- Experience and knowledge of Salesforce systems
- Demonstrated success in product management, especially within the travel industry
- Experience with Agile Development and Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) management
- Proficient in product management processes with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Solid understanding of OKRs within a larger product ecosystem
- Familiarity with technologies and operations supporting application development and maintenance
- Proven ability to deliver successful technology outcomes that align with key business objectives
- Skilled at driving change and navigating industry disruption within the business
- Strong understanding of both risks and opportunities from technological disruption, with the ability to help experts minimize internal impacts
- Ability to take a consultative approach to understand stakeholder needs and requirements
- Proven skill in managing stakeholder expectations through clear, effective communication
- Capable of learning and understanding FCTG's specific technology and operational processes
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Effective communicator who can influence and align stakeholders across various functions
