Client Revenue Supervisor

  • Part of a large team in a client facing role
  • Hybrid working, Sydney CBD, close to trains and metro
  • $120,000-$130,000 + Super

We're looking for a Client Revenue Supervisor to be the in-market lead for the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process. This role is all about ensuring smooth financial operations — from supporting pitches through to billing and collections — while helping lawyers and business teams navigate the process with ease.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee AML/KYC checks and resolve issues in line with regulations (where required).
  • Work closely with Pricing to capture client terms such as payment schedules, budgets, and accruals.
  • Review new matters to ensure correct tax treatment.
  • Coordinate billing plans, making sure work-in-progress is billed on time, and act as the go-to for any billing escalations.
  • Manage client reporting, budgets, accruals, and dispute resolution.
  • Guide in-market teams through Q2C processes and troubleshoot issues with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve Q2C, while staying on top of local regulatory changes.
  • Support leadership on broader projects and initiatives.
