Senior Consultant Workday Adaptive Planning

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Corporate Performance Management Practice to help implement enterprise budgeting, forecasting and planning solutions for our clients using Workday Adaptive Planning. The role is full time and permanent, with a mix of Work From Home, office and client-site work.

You would be responsible for:

• Conducting business analysis sessions to scope, identify, document, and translate clients' organisational requirements into Statements of Work (SoWs) and deliverables
• Leading and designing the implementation of best practice end to end planning and reporting solutions that are aligned with clients' commercial and resourcing objectives – using Workday Adaptive Planning
• Analysing and improving complex Excel spreadsheet models for clients to improve financial forecasting and reporting accuracy
• Developing and refining best practice implementation methodologies and processes to drive consistency and efficiency in the provision of deliverables
• Liaise with clients to obtain feedback, undertake further analysis, and implement additional revisions to ensure ongoing efficiencies
• Overseeing project management and delivery tasks, including stakeholder management, timeline management, and budget tracking
• Collaborating with other Senior Consultants and the Practice Manager to allocate resources and optimise productivity across multiple concurrent projects
• Contribute to business development activities including creation of tailored proposals and demonstrations
• Managing, leading and mentoring other consultants within the team
• Ensuring that information management practices meet compliance and security standards, particularly in relation to sensitive financial data

To be considered for the role you will need:

• Relevant qualifications (Qualifications in business information systems, CA/CPA qualifications, and/or a combination of both will be highly regarded)
• Extensive experience delivering end to end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning
• Workday Adaptive Planning Certifications
• Business to Business Consulting experience in CPM/EPM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Strong passion for technology and how it can help improve business processes
• Proactive, self-driven with high career aspirations
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong project and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to do to short term infrequent travel when required
• Possess a current driver's license and a vehicle
