is on the move, and with a bunch of exciting projects in store for the remainder of 2025/26, along with substantial capital re-investment into premises, hire assets and fleet renewal, we are have the immediate need for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.

Being a live event, production company, with a rich and long history in south east QLD, we specialise in the corporate event sector only. This role would be well suited to all individuals with live event experience, as well being technically minded with exceptional time management and communication skills.

Select AV BNE remains a growing company that is dedicated to delivering exceptional live event outcomes to our client base. We believe in fostering a collaborative work environment that values transparency, integrity, and excellence.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day aspects of our company's moving parts. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and systems are efficient, effective, and optimised to meet our business goals. Working in lock step with Crew Control, Warehouse and the technical team, you will need to posses excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead with empathy and to think laterally at all times.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, based at our Woolloongabba premises.

Basic Requirements –

  • 2+ years of experience in live events, operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment where you will possess the ability to react
  • Strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team of technically minded crew.
  • Fleet management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. We are a tight team that has each others back at all times.
  • The ability to analyse data and develop action plans to address areas for improvement
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
