We are now hiring for an Event Operations Coordinator to join our team to deliver the Brisbane International. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026.

About the role
As Event Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of the Brisbane International. In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the Event Operations Manager to deliver all operational requirements, including site equipment and communications, temporary infrastructure, risk and safety management, and player needs
  • Assist with the coordination of bump-in/out schedules, information sessions, and event documentation and communications
  • Coordinate budgets, process purchase orders, and support financial tracking and reconciliation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth event delivery

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in sport administration, event management or similar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience managing event logistics, including safe and efficient bump-in/out
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
