Join Our Growing Property Maintenance Team

About Us: We are a leading property maintenance company servicing real estate agencies from Loganholme to Ascot. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team and help us increase our capacity to manage over 24 real estate contracts.

What You'll Do: As a member of our team, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Communicating professionally with tenants and property managers
  • Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, and blowing paths
  • Weed spraying and pruning trees using saws and chainsaws
  • Trimming hedges and pressure washing paths/driveways
  • Rubbish removal and disposal
  • Transporting tools, equipment, and materials as needed
  • Driving of our manual work utes
  • Fuelling the work ute and fuel cans
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment, ute, and trailer
  • Taking photos and providing job details for invoicing and quotes

What We Offer:

  • Above-award pay rates starting at $34.00 per hour, depending on experience

What We Expect:

  • High-quality work, reliability, honesty, and loyalty
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently
  • An open, manual driver's license (compulsorary)
  • Prior experience in property maintenance (preferred)

Additional Information:

  • Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday (No weekends - EVER)
  • Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110 (must be able to reliably commute)
