WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Working on a casual basis as an Administrative Officer/Program Support Officer with Community and Allied Health, Barossa Hills Fleurieu Region, you will deliver high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative and business support to staff, clients, and visitors. You will be the friendly first point of contact - handling enquiries, managing appointments, maintaining records, and supporting a busy team to help ensure seamless service delivery in a dynamic community health environment.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Provide professional reception and telephone services, ensuring client enquiries are managed promptly and accurately
  • Deliver efficient administrative and clerical support to staff and management, including data entry, record keeping, and invoicing
  • Assist in the coordination of appointments, resources, and events to support smooth program operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies, fostering a positive and culturally sensitive workplace
