Assistant Venue Manager – Yo-Chi Cronulla

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead shifts with confidence, keeping the vibe high and service standards even higher
  • Support the Venue Manager with daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance
  • Ensure Yo-Chi's product quality and food safety standards are always on point
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver incredible customer experiences
  • Keep the venue looking great and operating safely, meeting all policy and legislative requirements
  • Drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to strong store performance

What we're looking for:

  • Leadership experience in food, retail, or hospitality (QSR is a bonus)
  • Availability across Mon–Sun with flexibility for rotating shifts
  • A "people first" leader who thrives on community and building strong team culture
