About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our service team, deliver a seamless guest experience, and uphold our brand standards. You'll be responsible for daily floor operations, staff training, and ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service.
  • Maintain exceptional guest service standards and presentation.
  • Manage bookings, floor plans, and guest flow for efficiency.
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing staff training.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth coordination.
  • Monitor performance, resolve guest issues, and uphold company policies.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a FOH Manager or Supervisor in a busy restaurant or premium dining venue.
  • Confident, professional, and positive leadership style.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Passion for food, wine, and genuine hospitality.
  • Available for evenings and weekends as required.
