About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our Babies team. This full-time role provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape the development of our youngest learners.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, implement and evaluate a high-quality, play-based educational program that supports the individual needs and interests of children aged 0-2 years
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging environment that promotes children's learning, development and wellbeing
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community
  • Mentor and guide junior educators to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Lead Educator in a 0-2 years setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Passion for supporting the development of young children
