We are looking for a Home Lending Specialist to join our team based in Kingscliff Northern NSW and play a key role in supporting our customers, both in person and online, with all their home lending needs.

What You'll Be Doing

· Guide new and existing customers through the home loan journey, from application to settlement

· Build long-term relationships by understanding each customer's unique goals and financial needs

· Provide tailored lending solutions using a needs-based approach

· Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the lending process

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective outcomes

What You'll Bring

· Minimum 2 years' experience in home lending or financial services, with a strong track record of meeting targets

· A genuine passion for delivering personalised, high-quality customer service

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport

· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

· FSRA Tier 2 accreditation and sound financial acumen
