Care Manager – Residential Aged Care | Leading Provider

Salary: Circa $130,000 + Superannuation + Relocation Package (if required)

As Care Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding the nursing team, driving quality standards, and creating a supportive, positive culture for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on clinical and operational leadership to the nursing and care teams.
  • Oversee assessments, care plans, and audits to ensure best-practice resident care.
  • Drive compliance, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture built on teamwork and respect.
  • Collaborate closely with management to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Care Manager or senior nursing leader.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
  • Excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
  • A genuine passion for resident-centred care and quality improvement.
