- Coordinate Events and Activities: Organise a mix of regular and one-off programs such as walking groups, laughter yoga, trivia, seasonal celebrations, and inter-village games. Reflects our commitment to Excellence — delivering high-quality, meaningful experiences.
- Innovate and Inspire: Continually explore new, creative ways to engage residents in fun, accessible, and health-promoting ways. This demonstrates Innovation — thinking differently to bring joy and new energy into the village.
- Communicate and Promote: Ensure clear, engaging communication around upcoming activities via newsletters, noticeboards, and digital tools.
- Upholding Integrity — being honest, transparent, and proactive in communication.
- Collaborate Across the Organisation: Work closely with the wider Barunga Village team to align with our strategic wellbeing goals and community ethos. Embodying our culture of Teamwork and Respect, contributing to a united, resident-first approach.
